Vendor Application

Westfest 2017 will be held Saturday, August 19th, from 12pm-10pm in the Western Avenue District of OKC.

Booths are $75 for a 10x10 space and will be invoiced upon approval. Deadline to apply is July 15th 2017.

You may share a booth with someone, but both vendors must fill out their own application.

*We are not currently accepting any direct sales applications (scentsy, mary kay, etc) for this event.






* Large photos work best (over 500px)
* Photos may be of products and/or past booth displays
* jpg, png, gif format only


Payment instructions and complete vendor info will be sent upon approval, not immediately after submission, so please give us time to review. Booth fees are non refundable if space is cancelled less than 15 days before the event.
